The Prophecy
Episode 14
The King of Abiam and his companions were riding back to Abiam in escape from the camp but were shocked to see wounded citizens of Abiam who narrowly escaped from Abiam as they were crying and running towards them.
One of the citizens, on recognizing the King fell on the foot of his horse and cried, " Your Highness, Abiam is no more!!!
"What do you mean? The High Priest asked the victim.
" Thousands of Tigers, thousands of them have overrun our land. Many have lost their lives. I lost everyone that I knew" the victim cried.
"Your Highness, we must leave here at once! The High Priest called out to the King of Abiam.
" I can't abandon my people" the king said silently but just then, there was a stampede before them. He raised his face and saw streaks of Tigers running towards them from Abiam. The King couldn't believe his eyes as he watched helplessly while the beasts descended on the escapees from Abiam and tore them to pieces.
"My King, let's ride to Icho for safety" ! One of the three wizards suggested.
"I can't run to my enemy for protection"! Shouted the King of Abiam.
" Dike will not kill us, not if he learns of this bigger threat before us" The Princess said.
"My King. Dike will protect us and with him we will plan together on how to put an end to this evil" the High Priest sounded and the King of Abiam had no other choice but to go and bow to Dike and strategize with him. They turned their horses and fled, with the wounded citizen of Abiam riding with the High Priest.
The beasts were seen feeding on the fleshes of those they killed.
In Icho Kingdom Dike was depressed. He had ordered a search group to search for Onwem but to his surprise the search group returned with the King of Abiam and his companions.
Dike listened to them at length and had no reason to doubt them. He paced and stopped in front of the King of Abiam and said to him " I pray you and i survive this war with the tigers, after that I will greet you for killing my mother"
Dike prepared his army. The wizards got ready, the High Priest got ready, the King of Icho got prepared. The Princess of Abiam was prepared with her weapons clutched with her hands as well.
Dike was ready but the gods were not ready. The priestesses that were brought from Itoho were assembled on a hill near the palace of Icho in spiritual mood. One of them opened her eyes and said "summon Dike before us. He should not fight the Tigers, because he is the Sacred Tiger"
In the tick forest leading to Icho, the Sacred Tiger with her own army of tigers were on stampede towards Icho.
